Small, medium and big...
This was an exercise for the children to represent small, medium and big.  Each student received a bear of each size and was told to draw something representing the size of the bear.
Donna's first try she drew a window for each bear.  She was asked if she could come
up with a different object for each sized bear?  So she said " a window for the small bear,
a circle for medium me and a house for the big bear."

Baby bear " a circle"    Medium like mamma bear" a circle".  Big like papa bear " circle"

Zahraa was able to give me an example for all three: a small heart a medium window and a big cloud.

1st try Bilal made a tornado for all bears

Then Mrs. Osbore said to him yes your right a tornado can be small, medium and large in size, but can you draw a different object for all three bears? This is what he drew something small he drew "small like a parrot  Medium "like a spider and big like a tornado" Bilal said.  He seemed very proud to come up with a different answer for each sized bear. Great job Bilal!!

Using tweezers to put beads on on a foot pad. Some of our friends found it difficult to pick up the beads while others found it quite easy.  The beads were on the table and on the floor but we sure had fun!,
